India has started its first Surgical strike against Pakistan in reply to Uris massacre. The attack took place yesterday night in which at least 38 terrorists and seven strike pads were destroyed by Indian Army. Indian forces took 2 to 4 hours to complete the operation crossing Line of Control (LoC).
The terrorists were gathered in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK). The Indian army after getting perfect information decided to go for a military operation.
The same is officially announced by the Director General of Military Operations Lt Gen Ranbir Singh at a press meet today. The same has also been delivered to the Pakistan’s army chief. Ranbir Singh has however stated that Indian military maintains its right to act against the Terrorists which intends to disturb the normal life in India.
The surgical operation is defined by the general in a classy manner. He said that specific targeted locations were chosen for the military operation and the strikes were confined to them. India has not violated any of the International military rules.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh has called the Chief Ministers of Punjab, Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Assam, Odisha and briefed about the Surgical operation. The Punjab Chief minister has given the orders to evacuate around 10 kms near the Pakistan border.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has condemned the Indian attacks and also warned India that his country is committed to peace and their efforts to maintain it should be considered as weakness.
On the other hand India has retained its stand that any offense by the neighboring country would be given a fitting reply. The operation might lead to war between the two countries as per many experts if Pak reacts in an abnormal manner.
Many world countries are keenly observing the latest developments between the two countries. There is definitely a scope of war between India and Pakistan as the clouds appear to be thick in this regard.
