Honda City Adventure scooter

Honda City Adventure scooter is the concept of the Japanese world premiere, EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo MOtociclo e Accessori) motorcycle show in Milan in 2015. Earlier this week they have revealed the Scooter model and few technical details of the scooter under the name ADV. As per the latest information, it is likely to hit the markets on 2017.

The scooter is based on the 745cc, 54 hp parallel twin engine, and the tubular steel Honda has unveiled the city adventure scooter, Honda X-ADV. This scooter is probably the big, dual purpose styled adventure scooter seems a little ridiculous.

This scooter is mainly useful for the riders who commute their trip on the highways. But the dual clutch Transmission and the automatic gearbox take a lot of monotony in the gear changing mainly in the city traffic. The seating includes upright and tall that gives the commanding view of traffic.

Honda X-ADV looks similar to the concept version with few modifications in the hand guard, an exhaust pipe that follows body-line closely and the windscreen. Along with the spoked wheels shod with the multipurpose knobby rubber, the taller upside down forks are installed in this adventure scooter, to increase the ground clearance; the swing arm has a twist. The company also showcased the CRF1000L, Africa twin adventure bike.

You can also notice the dual LED headlights with the DRL’s with the standard safety tech and the rider assist system. The information regarding the price isn’t revealed yet.
