Navjot Singh Sidhu, the Ex-BJP MP, had recently resigned to his Rajyasabha seat.  Later many rumors had raised on his joining in AAP and Congress. The suspense is over that Navjot Sidhu joining the AAP (Aam Admi Party), and Congress has finally cleared. He is not joining any parties, but he will lead the new political party for the assembly elections that will be conducted in 2017.

Thursday, September 8, the cricketer-turned-politician will reveal all the details regarding the party. But recently he officially announced that he is leading a new political party along with the suspended SAD (Shiromani Akali Dal) functionary Pargat Singh and Bain brothers.

The former Indian Hockey captain Parat Singh stated: “We have decided to form a new front to fight all forces who have ruined Punjab, A formal announcement of the new front would be made in the nest three - four days at the place to be decided soon.”

The ex-hockey captain had shared a post on the Facebook about his new front. Sidhu held a meeting with Singh and Bains brothers (Simarjith Singh Bains and Balwinder Singh Bains). Both the Bain brothers are the individual MLA’s in New Delhi on 31 August.

Simarjith Bains mentioned “Navjot Singh Sidhu will be the presumptive chief minister of the new party. “We are in talks with all like-minded people to form a non-Akali, non-Congress and Non-AAP political front.”

Mrs. Sidhu, the BJP lawmaker in the Punjab assembly, sentenced, “I don’t even know if it’s the fourth front. AAP sources said,”They have formed an outfit, not a political party. Even if they form a political party, the direct impact will be on the Badals, not AAP. The new outfit may use the support they get as a bargaining tactic with us.”

 The next year elections in Punjab will be nail-biting as the attack will be from the four sides, Sidhu’s new party, and Congress, AAP and SAD parties.
