The online budget network of hotels OYO announced the launch of Townhouse. The company made an announcement about the OYO Townhouse which is a friendly neighborhood hotel. They are eyeing 250 properties over 10,000 rooms across 12 cities by the end of this year.

Apart from outstation guests, OYO Townhouse will make available for the residents those who are living near to that particular area. People can operate it as a hotel, community hotspot, merchandise stores and cafe to deliver the best experience for guests.

“We are confident that our guests will love the experience of these tastefully done properties staffed with OYO Townhouse Managers trained to deliver authentic and unique Townhouse service. This launch marks a milestone in our journey towards the next level of hospitality,” CEO Ritesh Agarwal said.

The tariffs for OYO Townhouse will start from above Rs. 3500. Currently, OYO operates around 70,000 rooms in the 200 cities in India and Malaysia. Every Townhouse designed to complement neighborhood, the breakfast and booking process have re-engineered to offer high-quality service.

At present they are two OYO Townhouse properties, one in Gurgaon and one in Delhi. They offer complimentary breakfast, parking, WiFi, power backup, laundry service and a variety of eating options around. In terms of security, the staff will present all time along with CCTV cameras.

The check-in and check-out time of these OYO Hotels around 12 noon and 11 AM respectively. The Townhouse includes major metros, top destinations, regional hubs and as well as pilgrimage towns. As such OYO Townhouse begins in India, people can assure of excellent service from OYO team.
