Wedding bells rang in Akkineni Family for the second time in few days of time. Nagarjuna’s First son, Tollywood Actor Akkineni Naga Chaitanya got engaged on this Sunday.

The bride was none other than the famous actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The On Screen hit pair were in love from few months. With the consent of both sides, they had become the Of-Screen couple now.

The Engagement Event happened last night at N Convention Hall, Hyderabad. The Couple was blessed by the relatives and family friends of both the families. Chaitanya and Samantha exchanged rings, and the ceremony was performed in both Hindu and Christian traditions.

The Groom wore a natty suit while the beauty queen was in a specially designed saree by Kresha Bajaj.

Samantha expressed her happiness by posting a video before the event on Instagram. She also shared some pics after the event on her official account. Chai had revealed their relationship details in a interview couple of months back.

The new real-life couple was first seen in Gautam Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave, which had laid the roots for their relationship. They later have paired up for movies Autonagar Surya and Manam.

Nagarjuna himself tweeted “Can’t express my happiness in words. It’s official now”. He also shared a family picture of his two sons and daughter in laws along with his wife, Amala.

Akhil Akkineni also congratulated his brother via tweeter

Chaitanya said that “ The marriage may happen in the latter part of 2017. We haven’t fixed a wedding date. My younger brother Akhil is getting married first.”
