After the long career in the film industry with more than 200 films, World famous actor and martial artist Jackie Chan has finally honored with Oscar Award for his contribution over decades to Indian Cinema.

Jackie Chan has been awarded prestigious Oscar award at the eighth Annual Governors Awards at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles on Saturday night. Tom Hanks, Michelle Yeoh, and Chris Tucker presented Chan with the award in the final presentation of the evening.

After breaking many bones, being in the industry for more than 56 years with more than 200 films, finally, Chan Kong-Sang known popularly as Jackie Chan awarded with Oscar. The favorite Japanese actor excited on receiving the prestigious award and recalled his memories.

The actor recalled his past moments and said that “Watching the ceremony with my parents always my father asked me why you didn’t get this prestigious award being a great actor over many movies.”

In a celebration, he praised his hometown Hong Kong for making him a great artist and thanked his whole nation and fans on behalf of getting Oscar award. Jackie Chan Oscar Award is the talk of the town now, and he also said that “I did a lot of work, made so many movies, Performed ferocious stunts, breaking my bones for the movies. I still continue to make movies.”

The actor was introduced by his ‘Rush Hour’ co-star Chris Tucker, actress Michelle Yeoh and Tom Hanks, who referred to him as “Jackie Chantastic Chan.”

The grand ceremony was attended by Hollywood’s stars including Denzel Washington, Lupita Nyong’o, Nicole Kidman, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Amy Adams and Dev Patel.
