Now the Facebook has come up with new Events app, which designed for event seekers who are passionate about keeping the events nearby and finding the things to do with their friends. Whether you are looking for something you what to do in this weekend or just wondering what’s happening in your area, through Events, you can know them all.

How Events app Works?

  • When you open Events, you can quickly catch up with the new events that your friends are interested in.
  • If you’re looking forward to doing something this weekend or right now, you can just browse from the events recommendation based on yours interests, time and location.
  • You can explore the events happening where you are or in the places you are interested in going using the interactive map.

You can also search for the events in any city if you are ahead of planning a trip.

Finally, you can keep track of your events by using the calendar, which lets you see which days you have already attended the event and when you are free.

The actions you take on events in the app are also visible and available on Facebook. Through this, your friends can see what you interested and what you have shared with them even they don’t have the app.
