The social media giant, Facebook is heavily focusing on videos, and now they announced the major new Facebook Video Feature Update. In addition to this, the company also launched a New TV app.  The company shared several updates for video watching more flexible and richer on Facebook rather than before.

People watching and sharing more videos on Facebook more than ever now and due to this, the Facebook has focused more on video experience. Previously Facebook Videos in News feed have played silently, and you have to tap on the video to hear the sound.

With the new Facebook Video Feature Update, the Autoplay sound fades in and out as you scroll through videos in the News Feed. Moreover, if your phone is in silent videos will not play with sound. There is another option for those who never want videos to play with sound. You can just disable the switch off the Videos in News Feed Start with sound in the settings.

Facebook also made changes to the vertical videos to look better in mobiles. The larger format is now available to everyone to watch the videos on Android and iOS. The Facebook Video Feature Update comes along with scrolling through News Feed.

It is now possible to minimize the video that you are watching to a picture-in-picture view that keeps playing in the corner even you browse other stories. If you are using Android device, you can drag the video to any corner of the screen. Users can keep playing the video even they exit the Facebook app.

Interestingly, the Facebook New TV app will roll out soon for App stores of Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Samsung Smart TV. Users can enjoy Facebook Videos on the big screen through the New TV app. People can also catch up the videos that you have saved to watch later.
