Team India captain Virat Kohli makes a blistering ton in the test match against Bangladesh in Hyderabad. Opener Murali Vijay also made a century in his comeback match. The hosts had won the toss and elected to bat on the first day of the only Test match.

Having lost the wicket of Opener KL Rahul (2) in the very first over, the team India seems to be in trouble. But Murali Vijay and Chateswar Pujara came to the rescue of the team.

Bangladesh’s poor fielding efforts and lag of converting half chances made team India build their innings better. After the dismissal of Pujara on 83 by Mehdi Hussain, skipper Kohli joined Vijay in the middle. The duo had played brilliantly and kept India in the driving seat.

Vijay was clean bowled on 108 off 160 balls in the bowling of Taijul Islam. Kohli at the other end keeps on batting in his own way. Rahane and Virat continued the partnership on to the completion of the day.

Kohli and Rahane were batting at the crease. Virat was not out on 111 and Rahane was on 45 not out. At the Stumps India made 356 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. Team India has completely outperformed the hosts with their batting skills.
