The world’s largest online messaging system Whatsapp is currently working on new chat feature that let businesses to connect directly with the users.  With more than one billion users around the world, the company is planning to introduce the Whatsapp New Feature just like ‘Status’ feature for the Advertisements and B2C Services.

According to the reports, the company is currently conducting a series of tests with various companies of the Y Combinator startup incubator. Whatsapp is moving towards a revenue model now and planning to set in some money. Through Business Chat feature, people can directly contact the users for the B2C Services.

The Whatsapp New Feature also has some flaws as like normal text messaging. Businesses might not pay any amount because the platform is free. And businesses can also find other options to reach the customers. Controlling spam messages on such platforms is difficult.

In order to get rid of the security risks, Whatsapp has to keep checking the users account if they are receiving the unwanted messages. And they also to check frequently whether they are spammed which is probably the hardest part of the company.

“One potential revenue source is to charge businesses that want to contact customers on Whatsapp. But the company is working carefully to avoid problems with spam messages,” said the official spokesperson.

However, the business persons can contact their consumers directly through the Whatsapp New Feature and even they can make the Advertisements. Whatsapp will charge little amount for their sales, and the trials are conducted in some places where it is very famous and used by most of the people. If the Whatsapp makes this feature less risky, the businesses need not contact third party apps for their preparation.
