The top Indian Shuttler Saina Nehwal is making a comeback after undergoing the knee surgery.  The London Olympics medalist is all set to roar her badminton career with a new startup of China Super Series Premier which is going to starts from 15th November. Now she had returned to training after her post-surgery.

It has been a long time which we have seen her on the grounds. And the most shockingly is that, she had ended up her run at Rio Olympics due to her knee surgery. However, the 2012 London Olympics Bronze Medalist and Former World No. 1 badminton player is worrying about the current injury could end her badminton career.

“It is okay, and many people will think my career will end and I won’t come back. I also think somewhere deep in my heart that maybe it is the end of my career, so let’s see how it is. Maybe, you never know,” said Saina in an interview.

She also added, “I will be more than happy if people think I am finished, it is nice in a way, people think a lot about me, maybe now they won’t. I am going to think about the next one year, it is year by year now, I am not going to set a target for the next 5-6 years now”.

The 26-year old Hyderabadi, whose Olympic campaign was suddenly ended due to Patellar Tendon Impingement Infrapatellar Spur Displaced fracture,affected her right knee. Besides surgery, Saina Nehwal has undergone with the knee treatment and resumed her regular training.

Saina Nehwal is a professional Indian badminton singles player and the former World No. 1 and maintained her rank in top ten up to 2009. In her badminton career till now she won over twenty international titles which also include Supertitles.  She has represented India at three times in Olympics and won the Bronze medal in her second Olympics.
