Kannada star hero, Kiccha Sudeep is seen playing the role of Boxer. This is the first time that Kiccha is part of a sports movie in Sandalwood. Sudeep is going through extensive training in boxing for playing his role with ease. The first look poster of Pailwan featuring Sudeep looks very promising.

Kiccha Sudeep fans will be thrilled their favourite actor in a completely new avatar. Director of Photography turned director; S. Krishna will be helming this project. The success of Hebbuli featuring Sudeep and directed by S. Krishna is raising more expectation on Pailwan as well.
Interestingly, Pailwan is produced by S. Krishna under his own production company which will be headed by his wife, Swapna. Magical music composer Arjun Janya will be composing music for Pailwan. Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar is also seen in Pailwan essaying a pivotal role. The regular shooting of Pailwan will commence from October.
At present, Sudeep is busy shooting last few scenes in his upcoming movie The Villain. After that, he will dedicate more time in boxing trainer to look like a professional boxer in Pailwan. Sudeep will simultaneously start shooting for Bigg Boss Kannada Season 5 which will start in last week of September or the first week of October.
