Kingston Digital has finally unveiled its 2TB flash drive DataTraveler Ultimate GT at the Consumer Technology Association (CES 2017). Kingston Digital said that it is the World’s largest flash drive with a capacity of 2TB storage.

IT measures just 72*26.9*21mm, and it can lodge up to 70 hours of 4K UHD resolution videos, according to the company Kingston. DataTraveler Ultimate GT flash drive is smaller than the SSD so that it can be carried easily in your pocket.

Of course, it is small, but it has a quality build since it has a zinc-alloy metal casing and making it shock resistant when it is throw down. The latest flash drive can also handle drastic temperatures spanning as low as 13F and as high as 140F (operating temperature), or 40F to 18F storage temperature. It has USB 3.0 connector for fast data transfers.

The Kingston 2TB DataTraveler Ultimate GT Flash Drive is available in two options such as 1TB and 2TB capacities with five years warranty. It is compatible with all major desktop Operating Systems including Chrome Os, MacOS 10.9 and higher, Windows 7 and higher, and Linux version 2.6 and higher.

Kingston is not yet revealed any price tag and availability of flash drive. However, unfortunately, the drive uses Type-A and not the newer Type-C connector. This is a good thing for most computer users, but users those who are using newer machines like 2016 Macbook Pro won’t use this flash drive without a dongle.
