Kawasaki KLX140G trail-ready motorcycle enters into the Indian market by Kawasaki India with a price tag of INR 3.91 lakh(ex- showroom). It is the fourth bike by the company for the off-road touring adventurers. KLX140G comes to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) route thus why the price is slightly on stepper side.

The motorcycle comes with a rigid KX-based perimeter frame, single cylinder, four-stroke engine mated to a five speed transmission system and an air-cooled 144cc. The braking is done by a 220mm disc brake up front coupled with a 190mm disc unit at the rear.

The main highlights of Kawasaki KLX140G are its lightweight. Its weighing scale is just 99kg which makes the riders to easily manage on the track. KLX 140G comes with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wired wheels which wrapped in off-road spec tyres. It rides on 33mm telescopic front fork which gets 190mm of wheel travel and Adjustable Uni-Trak suspension at the rear with a 200mm of wheel travel.

When comes to its styling, the motorcycle is built around a box-style, high tensile steel frame. The foot-pegs are mounted close to bike’s center-line for creating slim riding position. To enhance the comfort of the rider, the handlebar designed with rubber-mounted to decrease vibrations carried to the rider’s hands.

Kawasaki KLX140G features a two-tone seat cover with a slip-resistant top surface and smooth sides for excellent rider mobility but this motorcycle is not road legal, and it misses the headlight, turn indicator and rear view mirrors.
