The much-awaited feature, the Android users, are looking for had just been unveiled. Facebook had just rolled out its live video streaming service Facebook Live to Android users. Earlier the same was made available to iOS users at the beginning of the year. The live streaming service proved to be a huge success since many of the users are attracted and began to put their videos live.

Android users are very much disappointed since the Social networking giant had only limited this feature only for iOS devices. Now the wait is over since Facebook has extended its Facebook Live compatibility to (apk) Android users. With this unique service now Android users can also create, record and broadcast their live videos using the Facebook Live.

It’s a good move by Facebook since over 50 percent of people watching live videos are using Android devices for viewing them. So it would eventually increase the number of users who broadcast their live videos. By extending its live streaming service to Android Facebook has brought the fun and action to Android users.

Facebook Live allows broadcasters to limit their videos to a particular location and age group with options like geo- and age-gating. Whenever a friend in your Facebook account puts a live video, then you will get a notification which enables you to watch it.

Another highlight of this new service is when you are looking at a replay of Facebook Live video, users can see when the engagement was at its peak stage so that they can move to the best part of the video.
During your Facebook Live broadcast, you can view the total number of viewers watching live, the names of friends who are viewing your live broadcast, and their responses, comments in real-time to comments from your audience.
