The American-owned Multinational Computer Technology Company, Dell is known for its wide range of Laptops and other products. In adding to its laptops edition, the company announced Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 at CES 2017.
Dell’s recent XPS devices are surely one of the best laptops you can get right now. Upto now, the company released many laptops with affordable prices, but they didn’t introduce any 2-in-1 laptops. And finally, the company unveiled Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 laptop launched at an event.
This Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 device can use in four different modes namely
- Laptop mode
- Tablet mode
- Tent mode
- Stand mode
The XPS 13 Convertible embedded with InfinityEdge bezel display that sports just 5.2mm bezel around the 13.3-inch screen. It comes in UltraSharp QHD and with a screen resolution of 3200×1800 and full HD options. The convertible XPS 13 2-in-1 Ultrabook rotates 360 degrees which make user utilise it as a tablet.
Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i5-7Y54 processor (upto 3.2GHz) or an Intel Core i7-7Y75 (upto 3.6GHz). Both of them sports built-in Intel HD Graphics. The XPS 13 2-in-1 Ultrabook comes with 4GB of 1866MHz LPDDR3, and there are also 8GB and 16GB configurations as well.
The base model ships with 128GB SATA SSD along with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB PCIe options which are available. As the company claimed Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 devices included with 46WHr battery capacity. The company promises 15hours of charging with full HD display for productivity applications and 9hours for Netflix streaming.
It also comes with a full size backlit keyboard and the HD Webcam. The XPS 13 2-in-1 Ultrabook sports with Windows 10 Home 64-bit English Operating system.

The new Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 made available to purchase in the US from 5th January and starting price stated as $999.99 (approx 68,100). The company didn’t make any announcement regarding the global release.
