Facebook Is Changing Its Rules, Not Even “Mark Zuckerberg” Can Hold on It

Facebook, Board of Directors recently changed its rules. Eventually, Founder and CEO also lose his control, lose majority voting control of the company only if he quits his job, or his services terminate.

The aim to initiate the rules of regulations is apparent to reclassify of Facebook shares to help Mark philanthropy plans. It will be voted on by shareholders at an annual meeting on June 20.

The board said it will be easier for the company to hire a top quality successor to Zuckerberg and to be more caution as Zuckerberg, not indicates that he intends quitting his job. He is the only social networking executive currently holds Class A and Class B common stock which represents 53.8 percent of the company’s total outstanding voting power.

Facebook wins the trademark case in China.

Facebook had won the case regarding the issue of the trademark in China. Beijing court had given the judgement on the case filed against the trademark. Zhongshan-based Zhujiang Beverage company sells the milk flavoured drinks and porridge. This beverage product company has registered the name “face book” in the year 2011.

Regarding the Trademark, this company faced the issues with the Facebook Inc. But in 2014, this company has gained the approval of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. FaceBook has blocked China since 2009, But Mark Zuckerberg, who had married to the Chinese went on a charm offensive to make access to the China Market. In the recent visit to China, Mark had a met Liu Yunshan, China’s Propaganda Chief and Jack Ma.

Facebook has released their Quarterly Report for the year 2016. They had posted this in Facebook community update on 27 April 2016. Facebook Community has reached 1.65 Billion users each month in the Q1 2016.

Facebook also focused on Artificial Intelligence for access to the blind and visually impaired.

Facebook is working hard on every platform, which makes easy in connecting to the world. The efforts of Mark and his team are truly appreciated in working hard to connect each other across the world.

The Social Networking “Facebook” turns to Technology ambitious, install a new research lab “Building 8”, focussing on advanced hardware products to connect the world well in advance. Regina Dugan, who led Google ATAP (Advance Technology and Products) and also erstwhile Director of DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency), will be on board to Facebook Building 8 very shortly.

Dugan blogged this morning it is a bittersweet day that “I am on one hand excited to step in for the opportunity in Building 8 to focus on ambitious R&D to create a breakthrough” and “on the other hand, departing from Google ATAP and leaving my Pirates”. Google in a statement greeted Regina, for the contribution for the practical product development with Google’s ATAP with hundred number staff and one thousand subject experts working on various projects and although wished her “the very best.”
