With the Reliance Jio Happy New Year Offer is coming to an end on 31st March 2017, the users have still time to subscribing for Jio Prime in order to avail the same services at low cost. The company has announced that the last date for Jio Prime Subscription is upto 31st March, but now they are in plans to extend the date due to reduced usage.

According to the reports, the operator is extending the date due to only 22-27 million have only subscribed for Jio Prime Membership out of its 100 million subscribers. Upto now, the Reliance Infocomm has reached only 50 percent of targeted figure for Jio Prime Subscription. And only one week is left for the ending of Prime membership, and it’s highly impossible to reach its target.

Users have to pay an annual subscription of Rs. 99 for Jio Prime Membership and have to pay Rs. 303 every month In order to avail the free services after 31st March. The Rs. 303 plan includes 1GB of free 4G data per day, and unlimited voice calls for 28 days up to 31st . Earlier this month, the company announced its new plan, i.e., Buy one get one free offer where users can avail extra 5GB data on recharge with Rs. 303 and 10GB data on Rs. 499.

Reliance Jio is also offering cashback of Rs. 50 on every recharge made through Jio Money App where users get Rs. 100 cashback after the purchasing the Jio Prime Subscription and base plan. Its rivals Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India, Idea Cellular and BSNL, has introduced new plans by offering 1GB data per day and unlimited calls for 28 days upon recharging with respective tariff prices.

To compete against Reliance Jio Prime Offers, all the telecom service providers revamped their existing plans to attract the customers. If the Reliance Infocomm extends the date for the prime membership, there may be a chance of an increase in subscribers.
