OnePlus 5 review : The latest Android flagship OnePlus 5 has made all the noise before the launch itself. A Chinese website has noted record level registrations ahead of registrations. OnePlus 5 comes with Optic AMOLED display which is of the similar quality when compared to earlier. The display offers deep blacks and good saturation which supports sRGB and DCI-P3 color standards. The display of the phone is protected by 2.5D Gorilla glass on top.

OnePlus 5 Camera:

Moving to the camera, the OnePlus 5 screams the “highest resolution dual-camera system on a smartphone today”. The dual camera setup on the rear is made of a 16-megapixel main camera and 20-megapixel telephoto camera. The 16 MP Sony IMX398 sensor with 1.12-micron pixels is of f/1.7 aperture. Other 20 MP camera comes with Sony IMX350 sensor with 1-micron pixels is of f/2.6 aperture.

Besides this, OnePlus touts Fast AF which helps in 40 percent faster autofocus than the OnePlus 3T. The rear dual camera setup packs a dual-LED flash module also allows 4K video recording with EIS. Also, the camera offers many other features, optical zoom, and sensor range to assist best of the camera.

Moving to the front camera, the OnePlus 5 features a 16-megapixel front camera with a 1-micron pixel Sony IMX371 sensor, a f/2.0 aperture, and EIS. It is capable of shooting full-HD (1080p) video. There’s also an Auto HDR mode, and the front camera also provides screen flash, with three modes.

OnePlus 5 Battery:

OnePlus 5 is powered by a 3300mAh battery which is slightly smaller when compared to the earlier OnePlus 3T. Yet, the hardware and software optimizations in the latest device deliver 20 percent more battery life.
