Kerala BJP Worker Murder

Pinarayi of Kannur district in Kerala is in the news for all wrong reasons. The city name always highlighted not because it is the hometown of the Chief Minister, but for the political murders.

Pinarayi is the hometown of Kerala CM and state CPM’s strong leader Pinarayi Vijayan. Kannur district is in the news for political murders in recent times. BJP worker was hacked to death by some unidentified assailants in today’s broad daylight.

This action is seen as a replication of the CPM’s worker killing. CPM has alleged the BJP for that murder and now BJP is claiming CPM for this murder.

Remith is the name of the murdered BJP worker. He was killed near Petrol Bunk at 10.30 A.M. Though he was rushed to general hospital he could not sustain his breath. He was declared dead by the doctors. As per the sources, it is observed that severe head, neck and face injuries on the body. Sadly, Remith’s father also got killed by CPM workers in 2002. His name was Uthaman.

This is the second political murder in just two days. On Monday a CPM worker Mohanan was killed in the Violence. He is aged 40 years. Just within a day after the alleged BJP worker got murdered.

Kerala Police has deployed heavy personnel, and the situation remained tense in the district. After Monday’s incidence, the city, and the district has been in severe tense mode.

The Kerala government has to take measures to stop this bloodshed. The government has not reacted to this strictly as till date. However, the police had declared that a complaint had been registered and the enquiry is on. Both the killings will be enquired, and the culprits will be punished.
