Colombia Plane Crash: LMI2933 Operated by LAMIA Crashed 30KM Just Before its Destination
The charted plane flying from Bolivia crashes, this aircraft is en route to Medellin airport. The plane is boarded with 81 people including the members of Brazil’s Chapecoense Football Team. The details are still unclear, and according to some reports, there are survivors.
Airport Officials says “The chartered plane, flying from Bolivia, was carrying members of the Chapecoense football team.” The team is travelling for their final of Copa Sudamericana against Medellin team Atletico Nacional.

Chapecoense were scheduled to play their first leg of the Copa Sudamericana and final against Colombian side Atlético Nacional. As per the schedule, the match is to be played on 30 November 2023 in Medellin. The second lag back in Brazil on 7 December 2016.
As per the sources, Plane is carrying 72 passengers along with 9 crew members has crashed in the hilly region outside the city. The crash has happened 30 KM away from the airport before midnight with the local time (05:00 GMT).
