The renowned mobile manufacturing company Asus has announced its new Android smartphone Asus Zenfone 3s with a metal body in China market. Asus Zenfone pieces which were released previously got good reviews from the users, and now, the company has unveiled the successor to its Pegasus 3 which is Asus Zenfone Pegasus 3S.
Currently, the new smartphone is available for the Chinese markets only. The smartphone packs an antenna band which was seen in iPhone 7. The Asus Zenfone Pegasus 3S comes with a fingerprint sensor in the home button on the front panel, unlike the previous version. The scanner is enhanced to spot up to 5 different fingerprints, and it even supports payment operations.

Coming to the Asus Zenfone Pegasus 3s specifications, it comes with a 5.2 inch IPS HD display with 2.5D glass. It is powered by an octa-core, 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It is also available in 64GB bit variant which can be expanded up to 2TB using the micro SD card. The main highlight in this smartphone is its battery. Yes, Pegasus 3s is fitted with 5000 mAh battery which gives long backup and also supports fast charging.
Asus says that the battery is capable of powering the phone for 30 days in standby mode or offer 48 hours of intense use. On the photography front, the device comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, while there is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. Most efficiently it runs on Android 7 Nougat operating system and its price is fixed as $288 for the 64GB memory model. The phone will go on sale starting this month.
