He said that the app would soon become available in other major cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc. He hasn’t revealed about the investments in the company yet. Last week, Allen Penn, Asia Pacific Head of UberEATS in a blog post shared that they are very excited about bringing UberEATS to India.

He claimed that this is a good investment which is soon to be introduced in multiple cities and can change the entire food industry with their vibrant food cultures.

Instead of going to restaurants and pay 20-30% as taxes, it ‘s nice to pay just the delivery charges. Though the food price depends on the restaurant, the standard delivery fee is just Rs. 15 inclusive of all taxes.

Currently, UberEATS is a stand-alone application, and the team is working to implement in 78 more cities.
