mAadhaar app: Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched mAadhaar app for Android users on Monday. As the name suggests, it is just a mobile Aadhaar card app which helps users to carry their Aadhaar information. In detail, mAadhaar app carries Aadhar information like name, date of birth, gender, address and the photograph as of their Aadhaar number.

To use the mAadhaar app, Users should have their mobile numbers registered with their Aadhaar card. Essentially, this Aadhaar card app aims users to skip carrying the hard copy of their Aadhaar card with them.

The mAadhaar app is now available for Android users on Google Play. Soon, the app will be rolled out on iOS as well. Also, the app allows users to lock or unlock biometrics data. you can also get mAadhaar Apk online by searching on Google.

How mAadhaar app works

“Once resident enables Biometric Locking system their biometric remains locked till the Aadhaar Holder chose to either unlock it (which is temporary) or Disable the Locking system. Besides that, the mAadhaar app also comes with a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) feature that can be used instead of SMS-based OTP.”

The user can get updated view of the profile with the mAadhaar app after the completion of the update request. They can share QR code, and password protected eKYC data to retrieve accurate demographic information from it instead of manual entry.

As of now, the Aadhaar card app is in beta stage and some features made available in the further updates. The new amendment about the tax proposals in the Finance Bill for the year 2017-18 made Aadhaar mandatory for anyone from July. To download mAadhaar mobile Application Click Here
