Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) have surprised the Indian audience with the launch of Navi at the 2016 Auto Expo. The two-wheeler division of Honda India is gearing up for the launch of another automatic scooter this year. The previous reports stated that the Japanese maker is planning to launch a retro-styled automatic scooter Honda Scoopy in India. Now, the recent leaks suggest Honda Scoopy launch in India might fall anytime soon.
This new funky scooter from Honda is found testing somewhere in the vicinity of Shimla. The new scooter from Honda comes with a retro design styling with a sleek rear-end. On the front, Honda Scoopy features a big round headlight with integrated signal indicators adds he charm to the scooter. The rounded rearview mirrors on the front and alloy wheels add the urban glam to the scooter.

While there is a disc brake on the front and a regular drum brake on the rear wheel for breaking duties. However, we can expect an optional drum break even on the front to keep the Honda Scoopy price on the lower end. The scooter drives power from the same 110cc air-cooled engine found in the Honda range of scooters. Even Honda Scoopy engine comes with Honda Eco Technology and develops 8 HP of power. The motor churns out 9 Nm of torque and comes paired to a CVT gearbox.

As of now, it is too early to predict Honda Scoopy Price. But, Honda has a tradition to keep the price in limit and competing with rivals.
