The Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh conducting its 2nd Scholarship Mela for the needy and deserving students who wanted to study higher education but couldn’t afford due to their financial situations.
The 2nd Scholarship Mela is going to organize on 29th July at Ph.D. Chamber, Sector-31 in Chandigarh city. This Scholarship will benefit the students of Tricity and other peripheral areas.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman of Aryans Group, said that the scholarship of worth Rupees 71.30 lakh would be given to 100 selected students. A certain number of students under each course will be given scholarships. 20 B-Tech students will receive up to 1.80 lacs each. 15 Diploma students will be given 90,000 each. 15 B.SC Agriculture students get 40,000 Rs each. 10 BBA/BCA students will get scholarship up to 40,000 each. 5 students studying B.COM will get up to 23,000 each. 5 students studying MBA will get 90,000 each.

Mr. Kataria also added that SC/ST students could avail 100% scholarship under central Government, Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) on courses. This scheme is implemented by states which receive 100% central assistance from the government of India.
Students can also use one-time scholarship other courses which include, 5 seats in LLB for 20,000 each, 5 in BA-LLB (20,000) each, 5 in ANM rupees 10,000 each, 5 in MA (Edu) 15,000 each, 5 in B.ED (20,000) each, 5 in GNM of 15,000 each, etc.
The Students attending Scholarship Mela must bring following documents; 10th and 12TH original certificates, ID proof, Address proof, Caste Certificate, Income Proof to avail on the spot scholarship.
