Vivo has launched a new budget addition to its smartphone range. The company has unveiled Vivo Y53 in a launch event at Malaysia at RM 699. The design and looks of the smartphone mostly resemble Vivo Y55L and come with a fingerprint sensor. New Vivo Y53 will be available in Crown Gold & Space Gray color options.
Vivo Y53 features a 5-inch QHD display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a 1.4GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. The budget smartphone from Vivo comes with of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. Vivo Y53 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Funtouch OS 3.0 on top. The handset measures 144.2 × 71.4 × 7.64mm in dimensions and weighs 137 grams.

On camera department, Vivo Y53 gets an 8 MP primary camera with LED flash, f2.0 Aperture. Another 5 MP front facing camera is provided with f/2.2 Aperture for selfies and video chats. The device is backed by a 2500mAh battery, and we have no info about the launch in other countries as of now.
