Mom day 1 box office collection was ₹ 2.90 Cr, and the amount was slightly more than Sridevi’s 2012 film English Vinglish (₹ 2.25 Cr). Mom movie is released in 1806 screens across India and is being compared with Raveena Tandon’s Maatr movie. The Sridevi’s Mom is able to beat out the Hollywood movie Spiderman: Homecoming and Bollywood movie Guests Iin London.
