Sony Xperia XA1

Sony has unveiled Xperia XA1 smartphone in India on Tuesday. Sony claims that the smartphone is the successor of the Sony Xperia XA smartphone launched in the earlier year. Sony Xperia XA1 price starts at Rs. 19,990 and will be available in all Sony outlets and major gadget stores across the country. The device was first showcased at the MWC 2017 event in Barcelona.

Sony Xperia XA1 features 5-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a 64-bit Media Tek Helio P20 Octa-core SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. It boasts 32GB Internal storage which can be expanded up to 256 GB with the micro SD card slot. The dual SIM Nano-SIM device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Sony skin on top. Xperia XA1 measures 145x67x8mm in dimensions and weighs 143 grams.

Primary camera comes with a 23-megapixel Exmor RS image sensor with hybrid autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, 5x zoom, 24mm wide-angle lens, and HDR mode. Front camera in the Xperia XA1 is equipped with 8 MP sensor with no front flash or OIS. Connectivity options in the Xperia XA1 include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

Sony Xperia XA1 is backed by a 2300mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging support. The smartphone will be available in White, Black, and Pink color variants. Sony has also launched Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XZs, and Xperia XA1 Ultra recently in India.
