Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an autonomous agency in India which started its operation from 1975 as Personnel Selection Services (PSS). IBPS started conducting Common Written Exam (CWE) for the recruitment of Probationary Officers and Clerks in Indian banks since 2011.
