Vivo India Released New Smartphone Y55L by CEO Kent and CMO Vivek Zhang
Vivo recently launched their latest smartphone Y55L in the ‘Y-Series’ in India. One more update is, Kent Cheng announced as new CEO for the Operations carried out in India. Kent Joined Vivo earlier this year. And the company says “He has been instrumental in the brand’s overall journey and has been contributing to making it a world-class enterprise.”
Y55L comes with 5.2-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display. This is sported with Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 SoC. The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the pre-installed operating system along with Funtouch OS 2.6.

Vivo Y55L is coming with Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. This octa-core processor is the combination of 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53 along with the 64-bit processor with Adreno 505 GPU (Graphical Processing Unit).
The default storage, i.e., Internal storage of this smartphone is 16GB with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. The storage is expandable up to 128GB with microSD.
The Primary camera comes with 8-megapixel with LED Flash, and front facing camera comes with 5 MP with the Screen Flash (Gives off the complete screen brightness of the device, when capturing images during low light conditions).
Vivo Y55L is having the cool features like dedicated SIM slots, split-screen for multi-tasking, Eye protecting mode.(Reduces the screen brightness for the comfortable browsing and prevent blue light which causes strain on the eyes.)
