Wheebox Employability Test (WEST) which is called the Employment Skill ability test 2017 launched. The Test was conducted by Whee company all over the country. The company reaches out to almost 5000 educational campuses and evaluating over 29 states and union territories in India.
India’s biggest employment skill ability Test launched for the year 2017. This test is carried for fresh graduates, final year graduates, Post graduates and Diploma students to check their employability skills.
This test aims to enhance employability and address the issue of what is being taught and skills needed for the industry. One of the biggest employability tests is conducted by Wheebox Global Talent Assessment Company for skill development in students on the mark of “World Skill Day”.
This test is conducted in association with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), UNDP, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Pearson Education and HR technology outsourcing firm People strong.
The Wheebox Employability Test (WEST) is open for graduates, post-graduates with diplomas, Industrial training Institutes (ITI’S), engineering, Polytechnic and state-run colleges across India.
Wheebox Employability Test (WEST): This is only the pre-screening test in the country that is conducted by both industry bodies and academia.
The employability test checks student mathematical and problem-solving skills along with English, basics of Information Technology (IT), and Personal traits in the duration of 70 minutes. The test will be available in Hindi and English.
The detailed scorecard will be given to the candidates for each module which helps to recognize their strengths and improves in weak areas. Then the scores will be sent to 110 organizations to provide students to shortlists sing the scores.
Earlier in 2016, more than 3000 colleges across India in the past has set a benchmark as the standardized test for Employability, said Nirmal Singh, Founder, and CEO of Wheebox.
The final report will be published in the form of “India Skills Report 2018” in November 2018 during CII’s Global Summit on Skill Development.
“The report provides an insight into the future jobs and skills required by employers also the hiring trends of the market while understanding the needs of the job seeker and organizations,” Singh added.
