After Jio announcing Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, Vodafone India has come up with another scheme to impress its users. The telecom network is offering 4GB free data for the users who upgrade to Vodafone 4G . However, this offer has few limitations like customers should have a 4G enabled the handset to avail this offer. Besides that, the offer is valid only on UP West and Uttrakhand circles.

The Vodafone 4G SIMs is available at all Vodafone outlets, Vodafone mini-stores, and other retail stores. Vodafone customers can also call upon 199 to avail the SIM delivered at their doorstep.

After upgrading to Vodafone 4G, Vodafone prepaid customers can get the one-time offer of free 4GB data valid for 10 days. On the other hand, postpaid customers can avail the benefits till their next billing date. As mentioned earlier, customers need to have a 4G handset to avail this offer.

Also, the company states that the extra free 4G data will be credited within two hours of SIM exchange.

Users have to send an SMS as ‘SIMEX’ to 55199 from the existing 3G Vodafone SIM card after receiving the 4G SIM card. Then, users receive a response SMS from 55199 with partial SIM number entered. Now, users should reply with the 4G SIM card’s last six digits to the same number.

Customers will receive a success SMS within 20 minutes, and after that, they can insert the SIM card on 4G enable handset. As of now, Vodafone did not reveal any of their plans to unveil in other 4G circles. At present, Vodafone is offering 4G services across 17 circles of India.
