After examining the petition which has filed by the Amma (Jayalalithaa) Followers on her death mystery, now a fresh controversy has come out regarding former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa Death. Thursday, Madras High Court Judge Vaidyalingam has raised few doubts over former CM death and said, “Media has a lot of doubts and personally I also have some doubts about Jayalalithaa Death.”

He was currently hearing the petition and also said the truth will come out soon. He also demands an investigation into the former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s death.

“When she was admitted in the hospital, it was clear that she was on a proper diet. At least after her death now, truth should be revealed,” he added.

Various petitions, including one moved by barred AIADMK MP Sasikala have been submitted in courts over Jayalalithaa’s death. She breathed her last on December 5, days after suffering a cardiac arrest. She spent nearly 75 days in Apollo Hospitals in Chennai under special care.

Madras High Court Justice also announced that why can’t we order exposure of the body of the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Amma Jayalalithaa. The court also issued a notice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Central Government and others.

Amma was buried at the MGR memorial on the bank of Marina Beach on December 6. However, a vacation bench of the Madras High Court said, “Even we have many doubts about her death. Earlier we also saw in newspapers and media that the Chief Minister was recovering, eating and signing documents also, but suddenly she was dead and how is it possible at that time?”

The PIL filed by AIADMK cadre Joseph asks the high court to appoint a committee including three retired judges of the Supreme Court to check the medical records relating to treatment given to the Jayalalithaa.

AIADMK today elected Amma’s close aid VK Sasikala as the party general secretary. In a unanimous perseverance accepted at the party’s general council meeting, AIADMK members handed over control of the party to Sasikala. According to the party structure, she still needs to be formally elected to the post. Other purposes encouraged at the meeting include one on observing Jayalalithaa’s birthday as “National Farmers Day.”
