Online bus ticket booking platform, RedBus will now allow its users to hire buses, cars, mini-buses, etc. on its platform. RedBus launched Bus Hire service, with one-stop access to offer bus provides in a particular city.
The Bus Hire platform offers all-inclusive prices along with value added information such as vehicle photos and also payment options. This service is currently available in seven cities namely Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Delhi. The company plans to expand the same service to other cities soon.

The CEO of RedBus, Prakash Sangam said, “Use redBus to rent a vehicle for your group of friends, family or colleagues, say goodbye to all your tensions and just rent any bus (Ac/Non-Ac) and reach your destination in a jiffy. Renting a bus is always easy and smooth on redBus, you can go ahead and hire a coach and reward yourself a comfortable journey.”
It rivals, Uber and Ola both are currently offering inter-city vehicles or outstation vehicles for someone to book a cab for long distance. The Bus Hire service helps you to hire a bus from the best bus operators in respective cities.

The process starts with entering the trip details. RedBus will display best operators in your city for the best deal, and payment varies from operator to operator. Then, customers asked for 25 percent advance to confirm booking. The remaining balance asked a few days before the start of the journey.
The range of vehicles that include is regular buses, luxury buses, mini buses, cars and temp travellers. Payment terms include a base fare, toll, permit fees, driver charges and taxes.
