Panasonic P9

Panasonic is again focusing on low budget smartphone segment with the launch of P9 smartphone. Panasonic P9 launched in India with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The new budget offering from Panasonic is already made available across India through the company’s retail outlets and other offline stores. The Panasonic P9 is rolled out in Champagne Gold and Black colours.

Panasonic P9 touts ‘Quick Switching’ feature which allows users to switch between the apps. Besides that, there is a ‘Quick Reply’ feature which allows users to reply directly from the message notification without opening the app.

Panasonic P9 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. The device is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM. Moving to the storage, Panasonic P9 gets 16GB of built-in storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB with SD card.

Connectivity options in the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and FM. Discussing optics, Panasonic P9 comes with an 8-megapixel primary rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture. In addition, 5-megapixel front facing camera with a f/2.4 aperture is provided for selfies. The smartphone packs a 2210mAh battery and weighs 144 grams.

Besides the specs and features, Panasonic P9 price could be another factor which adds to boost the mobile sales. Panasonic P9 price is listed for Rs. 6290 which is quite a decent pricing for the entry level smartphone buyers.
