Chinese mobile manufacturer, OPPO has announced a statement that it is associating with Vodafone India, which is one of the leading telecom networks in India to provide free data usage to OPPO F1S buyers.
Under the new offer, Vodafone users who buy the new OPPO F1S device will get 9GB of 2G/3G/4G data free on a recharge of 1GB or higher pack for prepaid or postpaid plan of 1GB or above. Speaking about the partnership with Vodafone in India, OPPO India’s Brand Director, Will Yang said, “OPPO is always looking to give best to its customers and associating with Vodafone is a part of that one. We are delighted to tie-up with Vodafone and trying to give the best experience to users. We believe this will get more customers in future.”
From January 6, the free data offer goes on live, and it will be valid until March 31. Smartphone users those who bought OPPO F1S can enjoy this offer three times within the specified validity period. Currently, the offer is available in a few regions like Delhi, Kolkata, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Goa, Assam, Rajasthan, Punjab, Orissa, Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.
As we know, the OPPO F1S comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280*720 pixels. It is fitted with 1.5 GHZ octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor but sadly, the device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 3.0 on top. Coming to the camera, it has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF, 1/3.06-inch sensor and f/2.2 aperture. It currently retails at Rs 16,890 on Amazon.
