Now recent report states that the new iPhone won’t actually be the regular annual release name. The report claims that Apple will launch it as “iPhone X” which will be pronounced iPhone 10.

However, there are other reports suggesting that Apple may launch a new model as iPhone Edition. This means three iPhones namely iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus, and iPhone X will be publicly unveiled at the event. It is highly anticipated that the devices will go up for pre-order starting from September 15. Eventually, Shipments should begin on September 22, assuming a week after the beginning of pre-orders.
