The last generation Triumph Street Triple was made its entry in the year 2007. This is one of the best middleweight motorcycles on sale today, the British maker has now managed to improve the vehicle’s street-fighter by eons and launched the all new Triumph Street Triple 2017 in the UK.

In the latest variant, 2017 Triumph Street Triple is now made available in three options S, R and RS. This is powered by the new 765 cc triple-cylinder engine. There is one more variant introduced which is more tamable with the 660cc version of the street. This is mainly targeted or the A2 license holders in Europe.

The new Triumph Street Triple is having the 765 CC Motor and it has been derived from Daytona 675. The manufacturer of this motorcycle has used the same engine, and it has improvised it heavily and also in expanding the bore and stroke.

The engine is now getting more than 80 new parts which are included with the new crank. Nikasil plated aluminium barrels and bespoke cams, and only 10% of the parts are have been carried over from the current street’s engine. This new unit is less in weight as well over the predecessor by 1.5KGs.

The three-pot motor aims to conquer both the road and track. The engine comes out with the 111 bhp on the S trim, 116 bhp on the R trim and 121 bhp on the RS trim.

These numbers are certainly impressive over the 103 bhp power output which is currently available. The RS Version is powered up by 16%, and the torque is 13% increased at 77Nm. This vehicle is sported with the 6-speed transmission which is arrived with a slip and assist slipper clutch as well as a quick shifter. The new Street is having the first and second gears shorter.
