Lenovo-owned Motorola has come up with another set of budget smartphones. This entry level smartphone marks the fourth generation of E series from moto. Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus borrow design cues from Moto G5 and G5 Plus and are identical too. The metal body finish and the fingerprint sensor incorporated in the home button stands competing in the price segment.

Discussing the specs, Moto E4 features a 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The device provides 16 GB internal storage which can be further expanded with a microSD card. On camera font, the Moto E4 gets 8MP autofocus rear camera as a primary sensor. Another 5 MP front facing camera is provided for selfies. The smartphone is backed by a 2800mAh removable battery which makes the perfect combo for specs.

Moto E4 Plus features a bigger 5.5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 267ppi pixel density. Under the hood, it packs the same quad-core 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 425 processor with 2GB RAM. Users can choose between the two storage options of 16GB and 32GB.

Coming to camera department, Moto E4 plus flaunts a 13 MP auto focus sensor on the rear for capturing images. Another 5MP front facing camera is assigned for shooting selfies. The larger variant boasts a massive 5000 mAh battery over the 2800 mAh battery in Moto E4.

Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus run on updated Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box. Both the devices will be rolled out this month across various countries. Moto E4 price listed for $129.99 USD and Moto E4 Plus 16 GB variant is listed for $179.99. Another variant price is yet to revel and launch of the devices in India will be informed further.
