Micromax Bharat 1 4G Smartphone: Homegrown smartphone manufacturer Micromax is all set to launch a new 4G smartphone in low-price segment. Micromax Bharat 1 4G is ready for release in India within a month. The company claims that Bharat 1 4G will be the cheapest 4G VoLTE-enabled feature phone with a price tag of Rs.1,999.

In a recent interview, Micromax Chief Marketing Officer Shubhajit Sen said that “Bharat 1 4G will hit the market in the next four weeks.”Apparently, there is not much known about the device at present. However, few rumors are suggesting that the handset will run on a Java-based operating system.

Besides that, Micromax has recently introduced Dual SIM Android based smartphone named Bharat 2 with 4G VoLTE support. The price of the device ranges from Rs. 2, 999 to Rs. 3, 499 in online stores and there is now an official price tag on the device.

Discussing the Bharat 2 specifications, it comes with a -inch display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor coupled with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt storage. The provided storage can be further expanded up to 32GB with the MicroSD card slot. The dual SIM Micromax Bharat 2 4G smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

On camera font, Bharat 2 features a 2-MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3-megapixel front camera with VGA resolution. Bharat 2 is backed by a 1300mAh Li-ion removable battery. The Connectivity options in the device include Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi-802.11 b/g/n, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Wi-Fi hotspot, microUSB port, and Accelerometer.
