The popular Chinese brand for smartphones, Xiaomi is all set to release its next model from the Redmi range. The new models of the brand will be Mi Pad 4, which is a tablet that works on Android operating system and Redmi 6 Pro. It is believed to be released on 25th of this month.
Redmi 6 Plus and Redmi 6 are also on the list to be launched along with the other two models. One of the prominent features of Redmi 6 Pro is that it has an iPhone X-like display notch, which makes it the first of its kind to possess such an advanced feature. Only Redmi 6 series is likely to be launched in India as early as possible. The base price of Redmi 6 series is expected to be INR 5999 and Mi Pad 4 is priced at INR 10,000.
One of the attractive features of Redmi 6 Pro is the 5.45-inch display notch with 1080 x 2280 screen resolution and also 19:9 aspect ratio. It is built such that just by having the basis of Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, it can run MIUI 10(Mi User Interface). The phone also comes with artificial intelligence feature of Xiaomi, which was disclosed with MIUI in recent times.
The model is said to have a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, which has numerous internal storage options and distinct RAM. The microSD cards can also be used by the user for extra storage. The device probably contains a 4000mAh battery, which can run up to several hours. The camera quality is one of the advantages of this model as it proposes a dual-lens camera at the rear end with 12MP primary sensor. For security, it comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor at the rear side of the device. Further, some additional sensors such as light sensor and proximity sensor are also included.
Mi Pad 4 tablet embodies an 8-inch display and runs on the existing Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It incorporates a 4GB RAM with 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The battery life of 7000 mAh is an eminent feature of this model.
