Lenovo unveils its successor to K4 Note smartphone launched earlier this year. The company recently announced its launch on August 1. Another announcement is made that the mobile Lenovo Vibe K5 Note is exclusively available on the online retail store, Flipkart.
The company tweeted earlier today “We are ready! See you on the 1st of August #KillerNote5. With so much RAM at your disposal, the only thing you’ll worry about on the #KillerNote5 is running out of apps.” This drags everyone’s attention on Lenovo RAM. The device has launched in China this January. It was speculated that the manufacturer would provide a 4GB variant in India, later it got confirmed.
The phone features a 5.5 inch Full HD display 401 PPI. The device offers a 13MP rear camera supported by LED flash with PDAF auto-focus and a 9MP selfie camera. The phone sports a non-removable 3500mAh and fingerprint scanner on the back panel. The phone measures an area of 152 mm x 75.7 mm x 8.49 mm.
Possessing a typical modern smartphone look, the device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based on company’s UI. It also provides a dual Nano-SIM option ensuring multiple carrier connectivities. On another hand, the manufacturer also provided multi-functionality from different sensors like Accelerometer, Digital Compass, Ambient Lights sensors and Proximity.
Lenovo Vibe K5 Note is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 processor with 4GB RAM. The smartphone will be available in 2 internal memory variants 16GB and 32GB with an expandable memory up to 256GB via microSD card. Another mentionable highlight is Dolby Atmos-powered speakers. The phone ensures each high-level connectivity benefits like 4G-LTE, 2G/3G, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, and Micro USB port for mass storage.
Manufactured made available in two colours gold and silver. The company is expecting high from the device and targeting to make the maximum business from middle-class people. Implementing that in the market, the price range might be around Rs.13,000 to Rs.14,000 with a slight hike when compared to China.
