DDA Housing Scheme 2017: The Delhi Development Authority Scheme with the name called ‘DDA Housing Scheme 2017’ has inaugurated by the Union Urban Development Minister ‘M. Venkaiah Naidu’ in the development house. Under this scheme, housing will be available. To Apply for DDA Aawasiya Yojana Online Application access to the official website at dda.org.in from June 30.
DDA officials said the brochure of housing the scheme is ready now. Out of a total number of flats, most of them are in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj and Jasola, where 10000 flats were from 2014 housing scheme and 2000 flats has been vacant. The DDA Housing Scheme 2017 has linked with Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.
He said, “person to apply to get the benefits of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna, one should not have a concrete house in Delhi, their income should be under 3 Lakh per annum if they are applying for houses under EWS category”.
The agency is offering 13000 Flats under the DDA Housing Scheme 2017, of which 350 are two-room middle-income group (MIG) flats. Rest all were one-bedroom lower income group flats (LIG) flats or Janta flats. Candidates are going to register, have to download Online Application for DDA Scheme from dda.org.in.
The Registration amount should deposit in the banks Rs 1 Lakh for LIG & Janta Flats and Rs 2 Lakh for MIG & HIG Flats. Check the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Dates that will be available only upto August 11. The price of the flats under the scheme of DDA will be 14.50 Lakh to 16 Lakh.
Who can apply to DDA Housing Scheme 2017?
- Any citizen of the country whose age is 18 years or above can apply Online or Offline
- The Applicants should not have any plot or flat in Delhi under his/her name or under their spouse or children name.
- Both husband and wife are eligible to apply separately but if both get successful with home then only one can retain it.
- One Application will be accepted per applicant. Pan Card is the only Identity Proof needed for applying for DDA Housing Scheme 2017
