Vijayawada: Government of Andhra Pradesh recently launched a new app called Connect-CM that runs on Kaizala developed by Microsoft. The users who download the app can now directly communicate with our Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. Citizens can now share their particular grievances or can give some suggestions regarding the government.
This Connect-CM app got launched at the capital Amaravathi on Friday. Speaking at the event, Chandra Babu said that for the development of governance, active participation of the public is very necessary.
He stated that technology should also lead to good governance and Kaizala app was used during the Krishna Pushkaras too.

Microsoft developed this Kaizala which is a mobile chat applications that allows the users to talk with a large number of people at the same time. Now CM will exclusively use this app to interact with the citizens. The users can now directly talk to Chandra Babu Naidu, share their problems or suggest new ideas for the state welfare.
To use the app, all we have to do is to download the Kaizala app from the Google Play Store. After installing it, when we open the app we can see a block Discover and subscribe to AP CM Connect. Users can click on that and share their feedback on the programs Government is implementing.
