Pakistan ISLAMABAD: 5.5 magnitude Earthquake shocks several parts of Pakistan including some cities of Pakistan, including Islamabad, Lahore, Also its have a small effect in Indian border areas in the early hours of Tuesday, according to reports.

No Deaths & Properties losses reported due to an earthquake, though it did create a little panic among people. We have to wait some more time for a clear report from officials.
According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan at a depth of 170 KM.
Tremors with an intensity of 5.5 magnitudes on the Richter scale felt at Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Nowshera and Ghizer Valley.

The temblor at 4:05 am in the wee hours of Tuesday morning caused panic and fear in the people who came out of their houses in a bid to take shelter at safer places.
The epicenter of the quake, according to the seismological center was at a depth of 180 kilometers in Hindukush range of Afghanistan.
In October 2015, a 7.5-magnitude quake in Pakistan and Afghanistan killed almost 400 people, flattening buildings in rugged terrain that impeded relief efforts.
