Gulaan, an official of Baahubali Gulf Distribution Phars Films, stated that the motion picture became the first Indian Movie to get more than 1 lakh ticket pre-bookings and grossed the bookings of recently released much awaited 8th installment of Fast and Furious series too.
Not only in overseas, in India too it became the first ever movie to sell its tickets this fast. The theaters are almost houseful for the entire first weekend in all the leading movie booking sites called book my show, paytm, just tickets inoxmovies, etc.Currently, the Baahubali team is in Dubai for the film promotions and will soon arrive Mumbai for the Baahubali 2 Premiere Show event on 27th of April.
