Akshay Kumar’s Toilet Ek Prem Katha trailer released on Twitter. Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the movie revolves around a unique story line. The core line of the story deals with open defecation, which is a real problem in rural India. This film features Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles.

The National-award winning actor, Akshay Kumar, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently. Akshay told the story and title of the film which made Modi smile.

Coming to the title, before the toilet part of the title comes Prema Katha. This title Prema Katha indicates that Akshay Kumar ( Keshava) and Bhumi Pednakar (Jaya) who falls in love and get married.

But the worst thing here is Keshava’s village does not have a single toilet, which creates a massive split in their new life. So, ultimately Keshava fighting for toilets against his village’s superstitions and governments corruption to ensure proper sanitation. Overall the story of the movie justifies the title along with a short and inspirational message.

Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief of Pahlaj Nihalani spoke about how Akshay’s movie Toilet Ek Prem Katha Film has impressed him. Pahlaj took it on to Twitter and shared a positive response for the film which gave an important message for the society.

He also appreciated Kumar for his diverse choice and said Toilet Ek Prem Katha should be made tax free. The theatrical release of the film is going to be on August 11, 2017.
