The Union Public Service Commission has released the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Notification. As soon as the notification was released, a huge number of candidates have applied and eagerly waiting for the next announcement from the latest notification. The National Defence Academy is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services namely the Army, the Air Force, and the Navy train together before they go on to pre-commissioning training in their respective service academics. The Science stream offers studies in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science. The Humanities (Liberal Arts) stream offers studies in History, Economics, Political Science, Geography and Languages. The Commission has issued the UPSC NDA NA 2 Admit card 2016 to the eligible candidates from the received application forms. A massive number of candidates who are looking for the admissions into Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA had applied for the examination, and now they can download the e-Admit card from the official website upsc.gov.in.

Examination is conducted in two papers

  • Mathematics: 2.30 Hours (120 Questions for 300 Marks)
  • General Ability Test: 2.30 Hours (150 questions for 600 Marks)

Union public service commission (UPSC) which conducts civil services examination to recruit candidates into various civil services posts like IAS, IPS IRS, etc. is all set for the prelims exam. The government body is going to take civil services preliminary exam on 07 August 2016 across various centres in India. The applicants can download the UPSC admit card from the official website upsconline.nic.in

UPSC has issued a notification to fill up around 1079 vacancies in various fields of Indian administrative services (IAS), Indian Police services(IPS), Indian Foreign services (IFS) and other allied services. The exam will be conducted at 72 centres across the country. About 11.37 lakh applicants are about to test their chances to get into the premier services of the country. Civil services examination also called CSAT is conducted in three phases, prelims, mains and interview process. The candidates need to take the preliminary exam first which will be in the form of MCQs. Those who qualify in prelims need to take the second part Mains . This exam is a descriptive test. After mains, screening candidates will have to attend the interview.

This is considered to be one of the toughest exams to crack. Lakhs of aspirants give up their jobs and dedicate their time for UPSC civil services preparation.
