Sony Xperia XZs Smartphone unveiled in India at Rs 49,990 available from April 11

Sony has unveiled its latest smartphone in Xperia Series. Sony Xperia XZs was first showcased at MWC 2017 beside the Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XA1, and Xperia XA1 ultra. Essentially, Xperia XZs is a smaller variant of the earlier Xperia XZ smartphone.

Sony Xperia XZs features a 5.2-inch full-HD Triluminos display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with Adreno 510 GPU. Xperia XZs boasts 4GB RAM and comes with 32GB and 64 GB inbuilt storage options. However, the storage can be expanded up to 256GB with the microSD card slot.

Xperia XZs runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and measures 146 x 72 x 8.1 mm and weighs around 161 grams. Sony may follow its tradition to launch the smartphones with dual- SIM variant in India.

On camera department, Xperia XZs smartphone gets a 19-megapixel primary camera with good camera options. Another 13-megapixel sensor is equipped on the front for selfies. Other connectivity in the device include Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, and USB Type-C (USB 3.1) port. Besides it, the sensor range includes ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer.

Sony Xperia XZs is backed by a 2900mAh battery which serves great. Sony has made the smartphone available in Ice Blue, Warm Silver and Black color variants. Xperia XZs price in India is Rs.49,990/- and can be pre-booked at all Sony Centers.

The Smartphone will be available exclusvely on E-commere site Flipkart and on selected retail outlets from 4th to 10th of April. SRS-XB10, wireless Bluetooth speaker worth Rs 4,990 would be given to customers who pre-book the smartphone during this period.Sony Xperia XZs will be available for buying from April 11 in Ice Blue, Black and Warm Silver Colors.

Sony Xperia L1 Smartphone with 5.5-inch HD display Announced

Sony has unveiled another new entry-level smartphone to its Xperia line up. New Sony Xperia L1 packs some highlights like sharp display with a nearly edge-to-edge screen. Sony continued its design policy of bezel-less display and rounded edges for better grip. The company had also launched Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XA1 Ultra smartphones in the MWC last month.

Coming to the specs sheet, Sony Xperia L1 features 5.5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720-pixel resolution. The device is powered by 1.45GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737T 64-bit Processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU. It boasts 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory which can be expandable up to 256 GB with micro SD card. Xperia L1 measures 151 x 74 x 8.7 mm in dimensions and Weights around 180g.

Xperia L1 from Sony offers Dual SIM connectivity and runs latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS. On camera font, the device gets a 13 MP rear camera with LED Flash and f/2.2 aperture. Another 5MP front facing camera is also provided with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture for selfies.

Other connectivity options in the Sony Xperia L1 include FM Radio, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C and Bluetooth 4.2. The device is backed by 2620mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging support.

As of now, there is no info about the launch of the device and expect to roll out in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and America in April. Sony Xperia L1 price is highly unpredictable at this moment, but the details will be unveiled at the launch event. The smartphone will be available in Black, White, and Pink color options.

Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra Smartphones Launched at MWC 2017

The Sony launches the latest mid range smartphones Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra which are the successor of last year’s Xperia XA Ultra. The company has unveiled these smartphones with the aim of providing mid range devices with more advance features. Sony always bet on design, camera and display quality. The clear specs about Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra are given below.

Xperia XA1

The Xperia XA1 is the smaller of the two features 5-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.  It is powered by a Mediatek MT6757 Helio P20 chipset. XA1 sports 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and microSD card up to 256GB. The main highlight of this smartphone is 23MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and the secondary camera consists of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture. This smartphone powered by Non-removable Li-Ion 2300mAh battery.

Xperia XA1 comes with a 6-inch 1080p display and it powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor. Like Xperia XA1 this smartphone also runs on Android 7.0. This mobile packs a 23 MP rear camera with LED flash and 16MP front-facing camera (8MP front camera in Xperia XA1). It also has a dedicated camera button. XA1 ultra available in white, black, pink and Gold colors.

Sony Xperia XZs Announced with 5.2-inch Display, Water-resistant body

As expected, the smartphone manufacturer Sony launched its new flagship models at the MWC 2017 event in Barcelona. The company showcased Sony Xperia XZs, a smaller variant which is the successor of XZ that launched last year.

The Sony Xperia XZs goes on sale in the selected market from the month April onwards. It will be made available to purchase in three color variants namely Warm Silver, Ice Blue and Black colours. However, there is no official announcement about the Sony Xperia XZs Price.

As far as the Sony Xperia XZs Specifications are concerned, the smartphone sports 5.2-inch Triluminos display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It also features X-Reality, Dynamic Enhancer and sRGB 138 percent. Under the hood, the Sony Xperia XZs powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 820 64-bit 14nm processor and coupled with 4GB of RAM. It boosted up with additional 32GB/64GB inbuilt storage and further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot.

The dual sim support handset comes with amazing options in the photography department. Sony Xperia XZs packs with a 19megapixel rear camera along with Exmos RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Laser autofocus, 4K video recording and much more. Sony Reveals New Series of Extra Bass Speakers and Noise-Cancelling Headphones

The renowned electronics manufacturer Sony has unveiled a new series of Extra Bass and Noise-Cancelling headphones and Bluetooth speaker at CES 2017 event. The four new portable wireless speakers come in four different sizes and several colour options including extra bass technology.

The SRS-XB40, SRS-XB-30 and SRS-XB20 are the three versions and all the three have special effects with multi-color pattern that according to Sony delivers “club-like lighting effects with an LED border line-light, a strobe flash and speaker light.”

Sony’s SongPal app will allow you turn on/off the speaker lighting and add a speaker. Upto 10 speakers can be connected, mixing and matching models, and you can even pair two together is stereo mode.

The Sony latest headphones and Bluetooth speakers have support for NFC one-touch. The SRS-XB10 is the smallest of the series and weighs just 260 grams. It comes with a silicone strap so that it can be hanged to a bike while riding. All of the speakers have extraordinary feature such as voice guidance. It  tell you just how much battery life is left, while the SRS-XB40 and SRS-XB30 offer a full-size USB port that allows them to charge mobile devices.

Sony MDR-XB950N1 and MDR-XB950B1 support Bluetooth audio streaming and Near Field Communications (NFC) technology for easy coupling. You can also control the bass function at your command. Sony said the battery stands up to 22 hours on the XB950N1 and 18 hours in the XB950B1. The latest headphones come integrated with a microphone for hands-free calling.
